A registered occupational health service with over 20 years of practice
We are a member of the Association of Occupational Health Services in Bulgaria.
Our managing director, Dr Lyudmila Teneva, is a physician and lead auditor for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 with over 20 years of experience. Your documents are prepared by someone who knows what both auditors and the Labour Inspectorate check.

Dr Lyudmila Teneva
Occupational health physician · medical expert at TELK
She specialises in occupational risk assessment and in expert medical assessment of the link between work, workplace accidents and the resulting injuries.
As an expert at TELK, the Bulgarian medical commission that assesses working capacity, she reviews medical records, assesses causation and takes part in expert decisions. She gives professional medical opinions on complex cases.
Data protection
Health data stays with us. You only receive the conclusion
Health records are a special category of data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and are kept only by the occupational health service.
The employer receives a conclusion – “fit / unfit / fit with conditions” – not the diagnoses and results behind it.
Only trained, password-protected staff whose duties require it can access the TM SISTEM software.
Written procedures for accessing, storing, transferring and destroying health records.
